The room was equipped with climate control and an electronic key card, making it super convenient and high tech. Also, the location was awesome, right next to stores and close to O'Hare airport 🛫.

WLAN could bring more performance

The room nice and immaculate and the beds were soft. It was in a favourable location with lovely and great staff.

The restaurant here is nice with a bar, and I enjoyed trying their excellent dishes; the clean bathroom equipped with a shower and towels added to my convenience, and I was pleased with the friendly service received during my stay.

The location was absolutely perfect for traveling around Elk Grove Village, so close to the airport via shuttle, the restaurant, and the taxi stand located outside of baggage claim. It also was in a quiet area near Ohare. The breakfast was free and included.

This place is quite clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and they provide great service including a shuttle to the airport, which is really convenient for guests.

The room here was great, it had two big comfy king-size beds and was sparkling clean. 😊 The hotel is close to the airport and the WiFi worked well. Everything was easy to navigate and straightforward.

My room was already charged to the credit card of my company. Nevertheless they charged again my credit card and I need to clear the process with my bank. Someone in receiving stole my credit card information and my credit card was charged with more than 3000 dolars in Europe.

The room here is nicely decorated and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety.

This hotel is boxing way above its weight. It is not particularly close to shops and restaurants and some distance from the city, but it offers great quality and remarkable value for money for a three star hotel. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent and affordable. I can fully recommend it.

I liked staying in this comfy place. The staff was amazingly nice all the time. The location was great and absolutely perfect, very close to the event I was in town for - a plus. It was adjacent to an office park. Thanks very much for the excellent service you offered me, including the shuttle from the airport.

the room was clean but smelled of animal. We should be told or asked if we were ok staying in a room with pets previously. And by the way we all have pets but should be asked due to allergies to cats etc.

The man at the desk( I believe was owner/manager) was not very pleasant. As a matter of fact in the morning we asked for another K cup of regular coffee for our room and he said that would be $2.oo. We asked if we could trade decaffeinated for caffeinated and he said no!!! the man on the shuttle was also not very nice. No breakfast either....

This place had a well-equipped room with a very comfortable bed and the staff were efficient and friendly, situated in a nice building in a perfect location near Ohare.

Chose that hotel for airport shuttle, but wasn't able to use it. Not sure why but it wasn't running when I arrived, so they had to call me a cab -- which they reimbursed me for (minus tip). In the morning I had an early flight, but the shuttle doesn't start running until 7am -- not sure if missed that info or if it's not listed on the site. This time they would NOT cover my cab fare. Pretty disappointed that one of the major reasons I select that hotel (proximity + shuttle + price of room) was not something I was able to use in my one-night stay.
